4-Port4-Port Surface Mount Box with Door

3004ADIThe 3004ADI is a four-port Surface Mount Box equipped with spring-loaded shutter. The box features removable v-cut knockouts on the sides and rear for flexible cable routing using pliers or cutters. Each port includes color-coded icons - blue for data and green for voice - to clearly identify ports’ application. The top-mounted ID label and cover provide easy workstation identification.

Each box comes standard with two screws for a secure mount. Optional double-sided adhesive tape is available for installation alternative. Made of flame-retardant ABS (UL94V-0), with office white (approx. RAL 9016) as the standard color.

Please also note: 1. Avoid wide-boot patch cords. 2. Fits keystone jacks 19.20–19.40mm latch, under 33mm deep.
