3013ALKVAS6AANSI/TIA-568.2-D clearly specifies that a jack should meet not only the INTERNAL CROSSTALK limits, but also ALIEN CROSSTALK requirements so as to satisfy Cat 6A connecting hardware standard.

Robust shielded mechanism protects against Alien Crosstalk and reduces EMI found in noisy environment. It also features resilient grounding to adjust 360 degree shielding encirclements according to size of cable. A low-impedance grounding is therefore assured.
